We are very happy to announce that property sales to foreigners has finally been approved. Parliament passed a bill late Thursday regulating property sales to foreigners after it was re-arranged bearing in mind the Constitutional Court's annulment of previous legislation. After the land office in Bodrum has received a letter from the authorities in charge which will take 2 or 3 weeks we will again be able to transfer title deeds to our foreign customers.
