One of the most original buildings of the ensemble. Palace is very similar to the Palace of Peter in Lomonosov made by A. Rinaldy in 1758 - 1762. Main door is decorated by the elements of modeling. Tall windows of the second floor with French balconies adorned with figure grating. In the bays of the second floor there are marble sculptures.
Inside interior is also very interesting. In the central hall which made in the shape of polyhedron there is a main stairs surrounded by colonnade. In the suits of the room of the first floor there are dining room, sitting room, room with a fire-place, swimming pool. The project, called Northern Versailles, is estimated to cost a total of $150 million. Northern Versailles will also accommodate the Lakhtinsky Passage, a luxurious shopping mall with hotel, stylized to resemble the classical shopping centers in the center of St. Petersburg.
